Kevin Greene, MD - CHIEF Medical OFFICER
As a health optimization physician, Dr. Greene’s goal is to help his patients prevent all diseases long before they start, to reverse heart disease and other health problems if they have them. Nothing is more satisfying to Dr. Greene than creating a better quality of life for his patients. To accomplish that, he personalizes a patient program using advanced testing and diagnostics, and gives his patients a plan that focuses on diet, exercise, stress management, hormone optimization, and proper use of supplements.
Dr. Greene’s background and training is in traditional medicine. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Yale University, Dr. Greene attended Georgetown University School of Medicine and graduated in 1995, then did his residency at the University of Connecticut Internal Medicine Residency Program, from which he received the Intern of the Year Award. For the past 17 years, Cynthia Lackner has created, co-produced, designed, facilitated, taught and implemented programs and workshops that help people examine their lives, learn skills and tools to diminish stress, and make changes toward living a life focused on thriving rather than, just existing.
Cynthia has significant experience in coaching, conflict management, stress management, and mentoring. She has worked with people who have struggled with trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, fear and addictions.
Cynthia has presented at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Anschutz Health and Wellness Center, CereScan, (the world leader in brain analytics that helps lead to a more accurate diagnosis for conditions like Alzheimer’s, depression, and PTSD), and SoPE, Society of Physician Entrepreneurs.
Cynthia has appeared on the BiRN, (Brain Injury Radio Network) as an expert discussing how patients with brain injuries, can manage their anxiety and depression. She has also been a guest on a radio program for the National Association of Adult Survivors of Child Abuse organization. She spoke about ways to work with patients without bringing on more trauma.
When dating violence was first being studied, Cynthia created and co-produced a documentary for PBS called, “RESPECT ME.” It was submitted for an EMMY. Cynthia often volunteers for Nepris. Nepris connects leaders in their field to the classroom where students can gain exposure to the real world. Cynthia has taught students nationwide regarding skills and tools to diminish their anxiety and depression.
She holds a BA degree from Goucher College, Towson, Maryland, an M.A. from Antioch University, Yellow Springs, Ohio and a CMHIMP through Pepsi, Behavioral Health Continuing Education. She is a Certified Emotional Brain Training Provider and a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.

ADRIANA ALBRITTON - National Fitness Director
Adriana Albritton is the author of 28 Days to a New Life - A Holistic Program to Get Fit, Delay Aging, and Enhance Your Mindset. She is the Founder of the blog FitNAll.com and A Fit Wellness. This Colombian native is a Fitness Wellness Mentor, holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, certifications in Personal Training & Fitness Nutrition, and has participated nationally with the National Physique Committee in Figure competitions. Additionally, Adriana is a co-author in The Better Business Book Volumes 2 & 3.
Adriana was involved in the mental health field over the years. She specialized in forensic populations, treating perpetrators of crime as well as victims. She witnessed the negative effects that an unbalanced mind has on the body and its surrounding environment. Later on, she recognized the awful repercussions that an unbalanced body has on the psyche.

Dina is a Certified Nutrition Coach with over 10 year’s experience, obtaining her certification in 2009. In 2009, Dina is also received her Certification as a Yoga Specialist.
Dina’s journey in nutrition started at a very young age. Growing up in an Italian family, her father grew a range of vegetables in the family garden, which her mom cooked nightly. Pot roasts, macaroni and fresh vegetables were on the table most nights. Dina loved her mom’s cooking.
Dina realized that eating clean, staying active and having a positive mindset is truly the way to staying happy and live a healthy life.
